Skills Re-Development Programme (SRP)

LeysenTogether’s Skills Re-development Programme (SRP) gives a new opportunity to people with relevant apprenticeships and other academic qualifications, ex-Forces and Health Service personnel, and those returning to the workplace for personal reasons the additional skills and training to develop new careers within Digital Technology and Quality Engineering more generally.


LeysenTogether sets out to engage with the most promising and driven talent and provide those people with formal and the on-the-job training whilst working on a two year assignment within a client company.


The SRP Programme


  • Two years in duration

  • PAYE employment with Leysen

  • Assigned to specific client site throughout

  • Assigned to client projects

  • Technical and personality matched to mutual professional needs

  • After two years paid work, potential to join client as a permanent employee.

How does it work?


  • Both client and personal needs & gap analysis

  • Both formal & on-the-job training

  • Ongoing support & review

  • Two year programme with mutual option to transfer from Leysen to client without a fee.
